Prime Time Party Rental, Inc. opened its doors in April 1997. We started in a 5000 sq. ft. warehouse located in the Moraine Business Complex. With 3 employees and 3 delivery vehicles, Prime Time Party Rental was a small scale party rental company renting tents, tables, chairs, china and glassware. At that time, china and glassware were all hand washed and processed out of Bart’s house. By October 1997 we had grown to 7 employees.

In October 1999 we bought our current location which was a 17,000 sq. ft. warehouse with a showroom located at 2104 West Dorothy Lane. We had grown to 11 employees and 4 delivery trucks.
By January 2000, Prime Time Party Rental decided to go full scale into the linen and china department and in February 2002 we invested in a full scale in-house laundry department including a commercial washer, dryer and press. We had increased to 15 employees by this time.
On November 17, 2006, Prime Time Party Rental suffered a devastating fire. Everything was lost, including the building itself. We were back in business the very next day working temporarily out of the building next door. Over the course of the following year, we rebuilt Prime Time over the same footprint. We extended the building higher, and acquired all new rental equipment. In addition, Prime Time Party Rental purchased a state of the art tent washing machine to maintain higher quality and preservation of our tents. We incorporated a showroom which extends to over 5000 sq. ft. which includes a linen changing area where customers can customize tables using our 70 ft long wall of linen selections.
In November of 2007 we purchased the building next door where we were temporarily working out of.
To date, we currently own over 40,000 sq. ft of space which sit on over 4 acres of property. We currently employ 22 employees and will employ an additional 15 seasonal help from community schools and colleges. We have grown our fleet to 14 delivery vehicles and now have a state of the art linen department, dishwashing area, warehouse, showroom, and building.
